TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

1. PROGRAM’S END DATE

Bobby-Tariq® will not provide any classes, make-up classes, or refunds after the program’s end date.

2. MAKE-UP CLASSES POLICY

Bobby-Tariq® cannot guarantee any make-up classes, but we will consider your request. We do not offer make-up classes for SHSAT courses, 9th Grade SHSAT courses, or summer courses.

3. REFUND POLICY

Classes marked present, absent, or late are non-refundable and are considered completed classes. If the parent/legal guardian withdraws the student from the program and requests a refund, Bobby-Tariq® will refund the payment for unused classes after charging the cost for all completed classes.

4. PHOTO RELEASE FORM & LIABILITY

The parent/legal guardian of the student gives consent for Bobby-Tariq® to photograph or videotape the student and use photographs/videotapes taken of the student for promotional, advertisements, and educational purposes and waives all claims for compensation for use or damages. In addition, the parent/legal guardian holds Bobby-Tariq® completely harmless from and against all liabilities,  costs, and losses in connection with students’ performance on standardized tests or any school assignments.

5. ACCEPTANCE & UNDERSTANDING PROGRAM INFORMATION

The parent/legal guardian has reviewed the program's terms and conditions and understands the billing procedures. Additionally, you accept that Bobby-Tariq® reserves the right to modify the program's schedule, curriculum, start and end date, and class time.

6. SELECTING THE 'PAY IN INSTALLMENTS' or 'PAY IN FULL' OPTION

By selecting the "Pay In Installments" option on the checkout page, the parent/legal guardian authorizes Bobby-Tariq® to store and charge the provided credit card according to the published payment schedule on the checkout page. If you choose the "Pay in Full" option, you authorize us to charge the program's total cost on your card in one transaction.
